It is a condition of the service that you agree to accept these terms. By using the service you are deemed to have fully accepted and understood them. If you do not wish to be bound by the terms you should not use the service. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms without prior notice. Any changes will be published here on the Wild Mobiles website.
All UK mobile phone networks can access this service.
You must be at least 16 years of age and have the bill payer’s permission to use the service.
Pay As You Go users must have sufficient credit to obtain content. Please bear in mind any data charges that might also apply.
Please make sure your handset has sufficient free memory (minimum 500KB) to save downloaded content.
The service offers real tones and a variety of visual content for download to compatible mobile devices. Each item costs £3.00 (including VAT) per download. Additional SMS and WAP charges may be incurred, dependent on your tariff/price plan and network operator. Please check with your network operator if you are unsure.
You acknowledge and agree that the content made available for download as part of the service is owned by Pressio Limited, its affiliates and/or licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Pressio Limited hereby grants, and you hereby accept, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download content and to use it on a designated compatible mobile device solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. You further acknowledge and agree that you may not reproduce, modify, perform, transfer, distribute, sell, create derivative works of or otherwise use or make available any of the content.
The service is compatible with a wide range of mobile devices, but not all. If necessary, you must obtain confirmation from your network operator and/or mobile device manufacturer that your device is compatible and able to receive our products before downloading any content. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any costs or losses incurred by you, damage to your mobile device or loss of data for reasons of incompatibility.
All content is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. The service is provided without warranties, expressed or implied, of any kind.
